Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of outreach specialists, providing training and coaching to achieve enrollment KPIs
• Analyze outreach performance metrics to identify trends and improve key KPIs
• Monitor call quality and compliance with established protocols through regular audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, public health, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare management, specifically in outbound calling and proactive outreach
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid policies and value-based care
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive performance improvements
