Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator - High-Conversion Role.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80-100 outbound calls per day to engage members
• Educate members about services and guide enrollment conversations
• Document all member interactions accurately using electronic systems

Required Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in consultative or high-conversion environments
• High-volume call center experience (minimum 6+ months)
• Remote work experience with self-motivation and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
