Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator - Sales Focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to engage and educate members about behavioral health programs
• Guide enrollment conversations to ensure high engagement and appointment attendance
• Document member interactions accurately and collaborate with team members to improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in consultative or high-conversion environments
• Minimum of 6 months high-volume call center experience
• Remote work experience with strong self-motivation and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Apple products
