Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator to engage and enroll individuals into behavioral health programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to educate and engage members
• Guide enrollment conversations to ensure high engagement and appointment attendance
• Document member interactions accurately and facilitate warm handoffs to Case Managers

Required Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in consultative or high-conversion environments
• Minimum 6+ months of high-volume call center experience
• Remote work experience with strong self-motivation and time management skills
• High school diploma
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
