Outreach & Enrollment Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator Supervisor to lead and support a team focused on member engagement and enrollment in behavioral health programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach a team of 8-12 Outreach & Enrollment Coordinators to achieve enrollment targets
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide feedback on call quality and conversion strategies
• Facilitate team meetings and training sessions to enhance team motivation and performance

Required Qualifications:

• Three years of experience managing a team in a call center, behavioral health, or customer service setting
• Prior experience in a role focused on high-volume outreach and member engagement
• Proven sales experience with the ability to persuade and handle objections
• Strong track record of meeting performance targets related to call volume and enrollments
• Experience in coaching or mentoring team members in a supportive manner
