A company is looking for an Outreach Representative to assist patients in navigating healthcare coverage enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach efforts to provide information and assistance to patients regarding healthcare coverage enrollment
• Guide patients through the application or reapplication process for Medicaid and other healthcare programs
• Maintain a positive and supportive approach while engaging with patients during calls

Required Qualifications

• Expert fluency in both English and Spanish
• Access to a computer with reliable audio/microphone functionality and a stable internet connection
• Experience with cold-calling and outbound calls
• Ability to learn quickly and follow a process-oriented approach
• Positive attitude and a genuine care for others
