Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach Relations Specialist 2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage interface between Trauma Recovery Center patients and community-based programming
• Build relationships between communities, programs, and the Trauma Recovery Center
• Offer victim advocacy services for patients navigating the legal system

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with experience in customer service or volunteer coordination
• Graduate degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• LSW preferred but not required
• Ohio Victim Advocacy Certification preferred but not required
