A company is looking for an Outreach Specialist - Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs initial outreach by phone, email, texts, and LinkedIn to authorized participants
• Explains available benefits and determines appropriate programs for participants' goals
• Achieves sales-related goals and manages participant files in a timely manner

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Experience in a results-oriented environment with a focus on achieving goals
• Understanding of sales techniques related to closing a sale
• Experience using SalesLoft, CRM, and Calendly preferred
