• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to health plan members to meet enrollment targets
• Provide accurate information about Mae's offerings and guide members through the onboarding process
• Utilize internal tools to identify members for outreach and provide feedback on outreach quality

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in patient outreach or a healthcare-related field
• Highly organized with effective time management skills
• Experience in environments with high outbound call volumes
• Proven track record of exceeding targets
• Empathetic disposition with a desire to improve community health
