Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach Specialist to support dealer growth through prospecting and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and contact new dealer prospects to schedule introductory sales meetings
  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding communications and training for new dealers
  • Act as a point of contact during the dealer ramp-up period to drive adoption and early sales success
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound prospecting, partner onboarding, customer success, or channel marketing
  • Comfortable using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple dealer accounts simultaneously
  • Previous experience in warranty, insurance, education technology, or B2B services is a plus
