• Works within Commons to collect data, organize information, and track tasks

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience with telephonic or virtual outreach services
• Familiarity with data collection and management systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with care teams
• Experience in collecting consent and managing member information
