Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach Specialist to engage clients and drive program participation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and referral sources, conducting consultations to understand needs and convert inquiries into referrals or enrollments
  • Analyze client feedback to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams on lead strategies and market expansion initiatives
  • Provide case management support and ensure a consistent customer-first mindset across all interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; substantial relevant experience may substitute for formal education
  • Proven experience in customer engagement, relationship management, or sales focused on customer experience
  • Background in case management with the ability to address complex client needs
  • Experience in high-volume customer service environments is desirable
  • Familiarity with Financial Management Services or self-direction programs is a plus
