Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls (100+ per day) to engage eligible members
• Drive member activation and enrollment by articulating the value of services offered
• Document conversations and manage follow-up activities to close enrollment opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required
• Proven success in high-volume outbound calling
• Experience with cold calling and proactive outreach
• Comfort working toward individual performance targets
• Strong persuasive and consultative communication skills
