Key Responsibilities

• Conducts outreach via phone, email, texts, and LinkedIn to authorized participants
• Assesses participant needs and explains available coaching benefits
• Records participant information and manages daily workflow effectively

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Experience in a results-oriented environment with a focus on achieving goals
• Familiarity with SalesLoft, CRM, and Calendly is preferred
• Understanding of sales techniques related to closing a sale
