Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach Specialist to help members access expert medical opinions through a specific program.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to engage eligible members and drive enrollment
• Utilize consultative skills to understand member needs and guide them through the enrollment process
• Document interactions and manage follow-up activities to ensure member engagement and care coordination

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, member enrollment, or high-volume outreach preferred
• Proven success in high-volume outbound calling environments preferred
• Experience with cold calling and proactive outreach
• Comfortable working toward individual performance targets and goals
• Available to work specified hours, Monday to Friday
