Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retro-Retrieval - Outreach Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volume of outbound/inbound phone calls for medical record requests
• Coordinate the medical record collection process and follow up on outstanding requests
• Document all communications and utilize email for retrieval or follow-up of medical records

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a professional office environment; call center experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to manage high volume of calls and navigate complex processes
• Cross-training in Risk Adjustment Retro-Retrieval and Premium Assist Call Center preferred
