Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

To support patient outreach efforts, the full-time remote Outreach Specialist I will contact patients to schedule imaging exams, educate them on early cancer detection, and manage appointment logistics efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Contact patients to schedule mammograms and other imaging exams using an internal calling system
• Educate patients about the importance of regular screening exams for early cancer detection
• Handle a high volume of calls while ensuring accurate appointment scheduling and updates in the RIS system

Required qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 1 year of experience in a medical or radiology office, or relevant medical training
• Ability to work in a quiet, uninterrupted space with high-speed internet access
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Demonstrated customer service skills and professionalism
• Capability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
