Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

Proactive and relationship-driven, the fully remote Outreach Specialist will manage partnerships with creators, influencers, and affiliates to expand product visibility and drive growth through strategic collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify, and recruit creators, influencers, affiliates, and partners aligned with business objectives
• Negotiate partnership terms, including contracts, deliverables, and compensation models
• Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives and report on ROI

Required qualifications

• Strong outreach and partnership development skills
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing external partnerships
• Knowledge of affiliate, performance partnership, and influencer marketing
• Expertise in social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Podcasts
• Technical aptitude to understand and communicate product features and benefits
