Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance outreach efforts, the contract Outreach & Partnerships Specialist will research and identify suitable publications and collaborators, manage outreach for guest posts and partnerships, and build lasting relationships, all while working remotely from any location.

Key responsibilities

• Research and vet guest posting and backlink opportunities that align with company messaging
• Write personalized outreach communications to editors and site owners to secure placements
• Track outreach efforts and report on pipeline and results, collaborating with the content team

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in outreach, digital PR, link building, or guest posting with demonstrable placements
• Strong research skills and persuasive writing abilities that elicit responses
• Ability to learn technical subjects to pitch effectively
• Organized and self-directed with a comfort level in follow-up and handling rejection
• Experience in B2B or technology content is a plus
