Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

To support outreach efforts, the full-time remote Outreach Specialist will conduct high-volume telephonic and text outreach to eligible families, introducing them to Nest Health's in-home care model and ensuring they schedule initial visits with the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high call volume outreach to schedule initial visits with eligible families
• Utilize CRM tools to manage eligibility lists and meet outreach targets
• Develop and refine messaging and strategies to improve family engagement and outreach effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in telephonic sales, outreach, or customer service roles
• Experience with the Medicaid population is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and/or CRM tools like Salesforce is preferred
• Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a bonus
