Outreach Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Book Blast program, the part-time Outreach Specialist will connect with K-6 schools, coordinate Zoom presentations with school leaders, and promote home library building for students in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Call and email school contacts to introduce the Book Blast program and schedule presentations with school leadership
- Confirm attendance, manage calendar invites, and ensure the right stakeholders participate in presentations
- Log activities and insights in HubSpot while following compliant outreach practices that respect school policies
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of outbound phone-based inside sales experience
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and calendar tools like Zoom
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfort in handling objections in busy school environments
- Coachable mindset with openness to feedback and call reviews
