Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

To support the growth of WellBe's patient base, the full-time Outreach Specialist will engage in inbound and outbound calls to schedule in-home wellness visits, assist with appointment confirmations, and provide valuable information to prospective and existing patients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and receive inbound calls to schedule and confirm patient appointments for in-home visits
• Provide information about WellBe's services to potential and existing patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
• Support the in-home care team by relaying necessary information to enhance patient engagement and care

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent; some college or Associate's Degree preferred
• At least three years of outbound call center or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and convey information effectively
• Proficiency in call center software and basic Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
