Outside Admission Reader

Job Summary

Analyzing secondary school curricula and applicant submissions, the part-time Outside Admission Reader will assess academic performance and alignment with university goals while working remotely in Virginia.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate secondary school curricula, standardized testing, essays, and letters of recommendation
• Determine the alignment of applicants' educational aspirations with the university's mission
• Work independently to synthesize large amounts of data and provide assessments

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous clerical experience handling sensitive information
• Proficient computer skills and access to high-speed internet
• Ability to quickly read and synthesize large amounts of data
