Key Responsibilities

• Drive measurable outcomes for clients through AI-enabled delivery and identify optimization opportunities
• Manage delivery SLAs/KPIs, monitor trends, and present quarterly business reviews

Required Qualifications

• Subject matter expert in legal operations and outside counsel management
• Knowledge and experience with e-billing tools and financial systems
• Experience using AI tools and technologies
• Management or Business qualification or relevant experience required
• Preferred degree in business, legal, or finance
