• Supervises branch staff and develops business relationships with customers
• Implements business development programs to meet growth and profit objectives
• Participates in community affairs and ensures effective staff utilization and performance evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Substantial experience in retail banking operations
• Ability to manage branch personnel to achieve objectives within bank policies
• Enhanced knowledge of the bank's products and associated forms
• Working knowledge and experience on the teller line and/or CSR platform
• Able to make sound judgment calls and maintain composure under pressure
