Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outside Mortgage Loan Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a mortgage sales team to meet production goals
- Provide training and support for new hires on mortgage education and relevant software
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations while driving profitability
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the mortgage industry as a Sales Manager
- Advanced knowledge of mortgage lending programs and proficiency in Encompass
- At least 1 year of experience in training and development
- Proficiency in MS Office and mortgage software
- In-depth understanding of lending procedures and relevant regulations
