Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outside Mortgage Loan Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a mortgage sales team to meet production goals
• Provide training and support for new hires on mortgage education and relevant software
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations while driving profitability

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the mortgage industry as a Sales Manager
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage lending programs and proficiency in Encompass
• At least 1 year of experience in training and development
• Proficiency in MS Office and mortgage software
• In-depth understanding of lending procedures and relevant regulations
