Outside Plant ROW Agent

Job Summary

Negotiating easement acquisitions and managing land rights, the full-time Outside Plant ROW Agent will work remotely to handle property research, compliance, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring effective issue resolution for fiber facility construction.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate easement acquisitions and manage land rights for fiber facilities
• Review and maintain easement records, including public title reports and surveys
• Coordinate with landowners and internal teams to address concerns and facilitate project activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, project management, business, law, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in easement management and acquisition within the telecom or infrastructure industry
• Proficiency in legal descriptions and easement negotiation processes
• Experience with GIS platforms such as ARC GIS or QGIS
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
