Outside Property Claim Associate

Job Summary

To support the management of 1st party property claims, the full-time Outside Property Claim Associate will participate in comprehensive training, review and document claims, and gather information from various stakeholders while working remotely in the Centennial/Denver area.

Key responsibilities

• Actively participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies and claim processes
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers

Required qualifications

• Willingness to reside in or relocate to the assigned territory of Centennial/Denver
• Completion of an online pre-employment assessment
• Ability to analyze leases, contracts, and other relevant documents
• Interest in developing skills in claim handling and customer service
• Commitment to a structured training program lasting 9-12 months
