Outside Property Claim Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely while servicing the Memphis, TN area, the full-time Outside Property Claim Associate will receive comprehensive training in claim handling and customer service, focusing on managing 1st party property claims under supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Actively participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies and claim processes
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under close supervision
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers

Required qualifications

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Memphis, TN area
• Completion of a structured training program in claim handling and customer service
• Ability to analyze leases, contracts, and relevant documents related to claims
• Experience or education in insurance or a related field is preferred
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in claims management
