Outside Property Claim Associate

Job Summary

As an Outside Property Claim Associate, this full-time remote position will focus on managing 1st party property claims through structured training, investigation, and documentation, while collaborating with experienced claim professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in training classes covering insurance policies and claims processes
• Review and document 1st party property claims under supervision, gathering information from various stakeholders
• Establish accurate damage assessments for building and contents losses and maintain records in claim management systems

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law
• Valid driver's license
• Bachelor's Degree and previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn claims management software
