Job Summary

Working remotely, the Outside Property Claims Associate will receive comprehensive training in claim handling and customer service while managing 1st party property claims under supervision, with a focus on developing the skills necessary for independent claims handling.

Key responsibilities

• Actively participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies and claim processes
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under close supervision
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party providers to evaluate claims

Required qualifications

• Completion of an online pre-employment assessment
• Ability to analyze leases, contracts, and relevant documents
• Strong interest in developing skills in insurance claim handling
• Willingness to engage in both virtual and in-person training sessions
• Commitment to a structured training program lasting 9-12 months
