Job Summary

Managing a territory-based client portfolio, the full-time Outside Sales Account Executive will actively hunt for new business while nurturing existing client relationships, developing tailored marketing strategies, and delivering measurable outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build a consistent prospecting cadence using various outreach methods to develop a strong pipeline
  • Manage and grow client accounts by balancing new business development, retention, and account expansion
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and create data-informed marketing proposals
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
  • Proven ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
  • Strong prospecting skills across multiple platforms, including phone, email, and social media
  • Experience with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management
  • Comfort discussing digital marketing solutions such as search, social, and video
