Job Summary
Managing a territory-based client portfolio, the full-time Outside Sales Account Executive will actively hunt for new business while nurturing existing client relationships, developing tailored marketing strategies, and delivering measurable outcomes in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build a consistent prospecting cadence using various outreach methods to develop a strong pipeline
- Manage and grow client accounts by balancing new business development, retention, and account expansion
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and create data-informed marketing proposals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
- Proven ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
- Strong prospecting skills across multiple platforms, including phone, email, and social media
- Experience with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management
- Comfort discussing digital marketing solutions such as search, social, and video
