Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the hybrid Outside Sales Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle by prospecting for new business, developing tailored marketing strategies, and nurturing long-term client relationships in Appleton, WI.
Key responsibilities
- Build a consistent prospecting cadence through various outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline
- Manage and grow a territory by balancing new business development, client retention, and account expansion
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and present data-informed marketing proposals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
- Ability to execute a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
- Strong prospecting skills utilizing phone, email, social media, and networking
- Experience with CRM and sales tools for disciplined pipeline management
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
