Job Summary
Managing a territory-based client portfolio, the full-time Outside Sales Account Executive will engage in consultative sales, driving new business development and account growth while working in a hybrid environment that includes both remote and client-facing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Build a consistent prospecting cadence through various outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline
- Manage and grow client relationships by balancing new business development with retention and account expansion
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and create tailored marketing proposals that align with their objectives
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
- Proven ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
- Strong prospecting skills using phone, email, social media, and networking
- Experience with CRM and sales tools for disciplined pipeline management
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
