Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the hybrid Outside Sales Account Executive will actively hunt for new business while managing and expanding existing client relationships, creating tailored marketing strategies, and delivering measurable outcomes in the Grand Rapids or Holland, MI area.

Key responsibilities
  • Build a consistent prospecting cadence using various outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline
  • Manage and grow a territory by balancing new business development with client retention and account expansion
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and present data-informed marketing proposals
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
  • Ability to execute a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
  • Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels including phone, email, and networking
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools for disciplined pipeline management
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
