Job Summary
To support business growth in the Des Moines, IA area, the hybrid Outside Sales Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, focusing on net-new prospecting and long-term account growth while delivering tailored marketing strategies to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Build a consistent prospecting cadence using various outreach methods to develop a strong pipeline
- Manage and grow a territory by balancing new business development, client retention, and account expansion
- Lead discovery conversations to understand clients' business goals and present data-informed marketing proposals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
- Proven ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery through close
- Strong prospecting skills across multiple outreach channels
- Experience with CRM and sales tools for effective pipeline management
- Comfort discussing digital marketing solutions, with direct experience being a plus
