Job Summary

Managing a territory-based client portfolio, the full-time Outside Sales Account Executive will drive new business development, account growth, and client retention through consultative sales strategies in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build a consistent prospecting cadence using various outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and create tailored marketing proposals
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing, while collaborating with internal teams for optimal client outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
  • Proven ability to manage a full-cycle, consultative sales process
  • Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels, including phone, email, and networking
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools for disciplined pipeline management
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
