Job Summary

Owning the full sales cycle, the hybrid Outside Sales Account Executive will actively hunt for new business while managing and growing existing client relationships in the Evansville, Indiana territory, utilizing consultative sales strategies to deliver tailored marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Build a consistent prospecting cadence through various outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline
  • Manage and grow a territory by balancing new business development, client retention, and account expansion
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and present data-informed marketing proposals
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
  • Ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery through proposal and close
  • Strong prospecting skills across multiple outreach channels
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools for disciplined pipeline management
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
