Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the hybrid Outside Sales Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, focusing on prospecting new business and expanding existing client relationships in the Lafayette, LA area.
Key responsibilities
- Build a consistent prospecting cadence through various outreach methods to develop a strong pipeline
- Manage and grow a territory by balancing new business development with client retention and account expansion
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and present tailored marketing proposals
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
- Ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
- Strong prospecting skills using various outreach methods
- Experience with CRM and sales tools for disciplined pipeline management
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
