Job Summary
Managing a territory-based client portfolio, the full-time Outside Sales Account Executive will engage in consultative sales, focusing on new business development and account growth while working in a hybrid environment that combines remote work with client visits.
Key responsibilities
- Build a consistent prospecting cadence through various outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline
- Manage and grow client accounts by balancing new business development with retention and upselling
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and create tailored marketing strategies
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record in new business development and account growth
- Ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
- Strong prospecting skills across multiple outreach channels
- Experience with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
