Job Summary
To drive territory growth and manage a team, the full-time Outside Sales Manager will plan and implement strategies across the US, overseeing manufacturers' representatives and ensuring sales targets are met while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and company goals
- Manage and support manufacturers' representatives, providing sales direction and product training
- Prepare sales reports and monitor performance against sales goals and KPIs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of seven years of experience in business development and regional sales
- Proven history of achieving revenue growth of 10% or greater annually
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred
- Strong people management and development skills
