Job Summary
Seeking a purpose-driven Outside Sales Manager (AZ/CA), the full-time remote position will manage the Outside Sales function, develop and implement marketing plans, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on metals and non-ferrous alloys.
Key responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise the development and execution of sales and marketing plans to maximize corporate ROI
- Conduct market analyses, establish benchmarks, and develop competitor profiles to inform sales strategies

Required qualifications:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of outside sales experience
- Familiarity with TQM and ISO9000 standards
- Knowledge of finance for non-financial managers and strategic selling
- Residence in Arizona or California
