Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to increase profitable sales in a defined geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a market plan for the territory with measurable goals
• Schedule and conduct sales calls, training sessions, and assist with special accounts/projects
• Monitor customer needs, industry trends, and maintain the customer database

Required Qualifications:

• 2-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 1 year of public/customer interaction experience
• 1 year of sales experience
• Safety mindset
• Preferred: Completion or progress towards a 4-year degree in sales, business, or marketing
