Job Summary
To enhance client engagement and expand the SaaS client base, the full-time Outside Software Account Representative will manage relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and conduct sales presentations, primarily in a remote capacity with some face-to-face interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Contact assigned clients to present additional sales opportunities and nurture relationships
- Identify and secure new SaaS clients through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting
- Execute operational processes and participate in sales meetings and training as required
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role covering the full sales cycle
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet a 25% driving requirement
- Must reside within a 1-hour commute of Albuquerque, NM
