Job Summary
To enhance client engagement and expand the SaaS client base, the full-time Outside Software Account Representative will manage existing client relationships and pursue new sales opportunities while working remotely and conducting over 50% of their tasks outside of their home office.
Key responsibilities
- Contact assigned clients to present additional sales opportunities and extend software usage based on their needs
- Identify and secure new SaaS clients through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting efforts
- Execute operational processes and participate in sales meetings and training as required
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience covering the full sales cycle
- Strong understanding of the Thryv product suite and industry knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software programs
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive as 50% of the role involves travel
