Outsource Task Lead

Job Summary

Assisting the Supervisor in planning and directing daily workflow, the full-time remote Outsource Task Lead will manage tax information procurement, oversee workflow management, and ensure quality control while providing training and support to team members.

Key responsibilities

• Procures tax information from agencies and interprets data for payment processing
• Monitors and reports on work assignments, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Manages team statistics, prepares production reports, and supports employee development initiatives

Required qualifications

• Experience in operations or team leadership roles
• Proficiency in data procurement methods, including communication via telephone, email, and fax
• Ability to prepare and analyze production/statistical reports
• Familiarity with quality control processes and policy implementation
• Experience in customer service within a financial or mortgage-related environment
