Outsourced Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outsourced Accountant/Bookkeeper.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of 20-30 clients, serving as their trusted accountant
• Oversee the delivery of monthly accounting tasks, including financial reports, reconciliations, and cash flow analysis
• Utilize cloud accounting software and AI tools to improve accuracy, reduce manual workloads, and enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years of experience in cloud-based accounting or bookkeeping roles
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO); experience with additional cloud-based accounting platforms is a plus
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
• Experienced in serving a range of clients, particularly those using cash-basis accounting methods
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to grow with a dynamic accounting firm
