Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in BPO or Outsourcing Enablement
• Proven track record of solving complex consumer-facing problems and implementing strategies
• Experience in developing scaled systems and processes for large-scale outsourcing solutions
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to drive decision-making
• Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams
