Outsourcing Manager

Job Summary

To support an oncology biotech, the full-time contract Outsourcing Manager will manage tactical budgeting tasks, maintain CRO budget grids, and collaborate across departments in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Dive deep into tactical budgeting tasks, including forecasting, accruals, and financial tracking
• Manage and maintain CRO budget grids with a strong emphasis on budget accuracy and accountability
• Collaborate across departments to support financial planning and execution

Required qualifications:

• Strong financial acumen with hands-on budgeting experience
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities
• Experience with RFPs, change actions, and budget accruals
• Prior exposure to laboratory or diagnostics operations is highly desirable
