Outsourcing Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outsourcing & Quality Analyst (Remote based in the US).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile vendor performance and data related to revenue cycle management activities
• Develop and execute processes, including inventory management and vendor scope management
• Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with operational processes and vendor requirements

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in healthcare and/or managing vendors preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and/or project management
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Proficient in advanced MS Excel and project management tools
• Ability to manage cross-functional processes and project timelines
